Bodi shape Handle / Taksali Tega / Taksaali Tegga Kirpan Iron/Sarabloh Gatka Sports Large Size 37 inches

This 37-inch Bodi Handle Kirpan has a blade made of Iron, a black leather scabbard which has a slight pattern on it and a piece of iron on the tip of its scabbard.

It weighs about 1234 gm, having a blade which is 0.1 inches thick and 1.2 inches wide. The handle is 9 inches in length, giving enough room for an average hand.

This artistic ceremonial Bodi (Punjabi) shape Handle Kirpan serves the purpose of being used in sacred Sikh rituals where there is a need to put forth the importance of it in Sikh culture. It is a big artifact which beautifully captures every detail of a traditional Bodi Handle.

Since it is made of Iron, it is prone to get rusty over time, unless taken care of. Make sure to keep the blade away from direct contact with water and open air. Put some oil on it to create a layer between the blade and open air.

Taksali Tega Kirpan is cleaned with soft cotton fabric cloth. 

If any rust is found over time on Tega Iron blade, it is Preferred to use Lemon syrup or Sand to rub for few times to clean it. 

After wards apply a small amount of coconut oil to provide shiny look. This will act as Anti-corrosive.
