Jharni (Punjabi: ਝਰਨੀ) Skimmer Iron (Sarabloh) Size – Medium 26.5 Inches

This Medium Sarabloh (Iron) Jharni is 26.5 inches long and has a skimmer head which has a diameter of 9.5 inches.

The primary purpose of this utensil is to skim cooking liquids from the food, such as while frying samosas or Pakoras etc.

Since it is made of Iron, it is prone to get rusty over time, unless taken care of. Put some oil on it to create a layer between the surface and open air.

If any rust is found over time on this Jharni, it is Preferred to use Lemon syrup or Sand to rub for few times to clean it.

After wards apply a small amount of coconut oil to provide shiny look. This will act as Anti-corrosive.
