Karchi (Punjabi: ਕੜਛੀ) Kadchi Or Karshi Ladle Iron (Punjabi: Sarabloh) Size Medium 15 Inch

This Sarabloh (Iron) Ladle (Karchi) is 15 Inches long. The Actual Ladle head is 3 Inches in length and 3 Inches in width, having thickness of 0.2 cm.

The handle is 12 Inches long and 1.8 cm wide. The Ladle weighs about 212 gm.

It is forged using premium quality Iron (Sarabloh), because when it comes to utensils that one uses to serve food, there is no compromise with quality.

The main purpose of this utensil is to serve Indian cream or liquid based dishes such as Kheer, yogurt, daal etc.

2.      Dry the Ladle Thoroughly.

3.      Lightly oil (Coconut) and heat the Ladle (The oil helps prevent rust)
